This residence was designed to be a modern tropical oasis, privatized within the interiors of Kahala. Oversized pocket doors, multi-slides, and folding doors, creates seamless transitions between the indoors and outdoors that many of our designs are well known for. Tall ceilings throughout evoke its grandeur with cascading chandeliers and full length drapery, accentuates the height and draws your eyes upwards. The primary en-suite is designed to segue from one area to the next – vanity to shower to tub – free from doors and curbs.  Custom finished travertine spans the floors of the main living areas and bathrooms for a luxurious experience that seemingly feels like walking along the sandy beach. On the forefront of sustainable design, this project was awarded the prestigious LEED Platinum certification.
